“Unforgettable team building experiences – finding creative solutions that bring your team together – with guaranteed sparks!”

Our hands-on team building formats awaken natural, innate skills in your team. With welding torches and plasma cutters, your hands, your mind and a lot of heart, functionality and innovation are created - immediately tangible and experienceable.

CAUTION: The fun and success in dealing with unfamiliar material in an unfamiliar work environment can have a lasting creative and perhaps even innovative influence on future work situations!

It doesn't matter whether someone is artistically gifted or has two or three left hands - the tasks are so varied that all participants can discover new strengths and perspectives outside of their usual abilities.

Safety is very important to us:

  • Each team member receives personal protective equipment.

  • We provide protective clothing in the appropriate size and color of your choice.

“Teamwork and creative thinking as the goal – sparks included!”

We speak fluent Welsh and Swiss German, a bit of standard German, and fairly good French and English. And for special cases, we have a fairly good command of a fairly international sign language.

Below you will find our different event formats with a brief explanation. If you have any questions or would like to implement your own project with your team, do not hesitate to contact us.

We would also be happy to organize an exciting supporting program or suitable catering in and around Solothurn.
